Slin Dosage ?

I am using 10 IUs post workout on work out days only stacked with GH of course. I read alot about spiking your insulin 2x a day.
What do you think?
 
uuummm, you could try hittin 10 units in the morning with breakfast....then 10 units post workout. and as far as gaining fat goes....if you eat clean, you won't have a problem. also, what kind of insulin are you using??? i prefer humalog... my doses are around 85-95 units a day.... but then again, i'm diabetic.
 
i did 13ius in am, and 10 iu pm, cople of times last week,

shit u get some nice pumps. but as far as strength and mass gain,
its nothing special.
 
I have done 12 iu's am and 10 iu's post workout recently. I like it. Awesome pumps. But I can't do it for more than a few days. Muscles get saturated I guess.
 
Thats where i run into a problem. My normal routine is to wake up around 9 eat breakfast and go to the gym around 10. I think if i did it at breakfast and post workout they would be too close together. Any ideas?
 
just hit it up in the afternoon then...i'd probably say get at least five hours in between injections just to be safe
