Just wanted to know, on my rest days with me not having my post workout shake, do i keep my calories up just as if i have trained?? For e;g, workout days 2800 cals, 250 of thosw calories come from my post workout shake, rest days 2550, thats without my p-w shake...

Not enough info!!-post your stats-if your on cycle and you weigh 140 that might be enough calories-if you are more normal sized-around 175 or so-EAT MORE!!-when your on cycle your gear works best in an environment of abundance-protein,fat and carbs-so my advice(assuming 175 & bulking)-50g protein,50g carbs and 30g fat-6x per day-1-1 1/2 gal water ED-train intense-recover completely and eat big-you'll grow like a weed!!!

Hey rippedchef, im 5'8 and weigh 79kilo's. I'm ripped to the bone and my size is Ok. I am only using winstrol every 2nd day, i have never used any oils. I am taking loads of supplements, e;g Tribulus, ZMA, Glutamine, Animal Cuts and this other stuff called Hydroxymax. Actually i'll send you what ive had today.My diet looks pretty much the same everyday except sometimes i have fish or lean beef...

6am:Meal 1::60g oats,100ml skim milk,3 eggwhites,whey protien,20g wheat bran and 1TBLSP Flaxseed oil. Total cals 570

9am:Meal 2::Tblsp P-butter,whey protien,20g wheat germ and 80g oats. Total cals 610

12midday:Meal 3::half Tblsp Olive oil, 150g chicken breast,200g brown rice and 300g veg. Total cals 616

1.30 Training 3pm post workout:: 35g dextrose, 1 and a half scoops whey protien. Total cals 290

4pm Meal 4::120g chicken breast, 250g veg, 100g brown rice. Total cals 377

7pm Meal 5::100g tuna, 100g veg 50g avocado. Total cals 220

10pm Final meal::Whey protien isolate, 1Tblsp Flaxseed oil. Total cals 222. Thats a total of about 2800cals

There you have it. Also on tuesdays and Thursdays i do Tai-bo from 5.30pm till 6.30pm. I was told, that if i wanted to maintain i should be taking in about the amount im taking in now, but i am actually losing weight. I love the way i look but i hate losing weight on my face. I'd like your opinion. Thanks

Its hard to tell a lot-if you could total your protein, carb and fat grams/meal I could tell you better-also your water intake as the ephedrine and winnie will dry you out (could be a few pounds)-also recovery is key-are you sleeping enough?-Lastly if your trying to gain lean muscle I'd forget the tai-bo-maybe a half hour on the bike 3x per week-cardio like tai-bo for an hour WILL eat some muscle-get back to me with meal totals and I'll let you know-my hunch is your a little short on protein-but the structure and discipline look excellent-keep up the good work-

My protien intake is close to 230-250 per day, and i drin close to 6 litres of water a day. I sleep at least 6-8 hours . Im basically doing a 40/40/20 diet. Well thats how i've calculated it anyway. My muscle is very lean, i have not had a fat test but i would definately be under 5%. I will try to post some pics out just as soon as i get to a scanner. But again like i was telling you i look alot heavier than i actually weigh. I think i will up my calorie intake to 3000...

I never used to but i have been for the last 3 weeks. Its not to bad you should try it.
