Guys does one have to be on a very low carb diet or can i eat about 200g of carbs but b4 i eat the meal with the carb i take 1500mg ALA. So is it still possible to get really ripped by doing that.

You'll want to spread out the ALA through the day. 500mg with each meal. If it's higher carb than usual ... then bump up the ALA for that meal.

I always have some carbs post-workout. Even when I am on a no/low carb diet. At least 20-30 grams anyway.

You probably need to experiment to see if you can loose fat with 200 g of carbs. Everyone seems to have a slightly different optimum dose for ALA. I think between the stack your using and the ALA .... you should be good to go.

Good luck bro.

carbs post cardio and post workout-I'd start lower than 200 and go up a little as long as the results are still good-just me-I'd rather add than cut back once I start cutting!!-keep your water at 1 gal at least-Train Hard!!

fo sho i am drinking more then a gallon of water/day. definitly i do my best to cut out carbs completely but here and there it is ok.

everyone is different, and I know guys that can loose fat on 200-300g of carbs /day easy. I cannot however! You look like you already have a quick metabolism. Carbs after workouts for me would be a no-no, but it may still be ok for you. Remember though, fat depletion is MOSTLY a matter of :

TOTAL CALORIES IN <= TOTAL CALORIES OUT

You can tweak this and make it more efficient by eating the RIGHT calories...i.e. protein, complex carbs. But the bottom line is that if you take in fewer calories than you expend then you WILL burn fat. CAUTION---If you take that too far, or you don't take in enough protein, then the weight you lose will consist of just as much muscle as fat.

you are very rite. i look lean in pix but i put on fat very fast. so after workout the most carbs i eat is a cup of rice or may be 2 tortillas. with meat or eggs and veggies.

If you get your calories too low, also, your metabolism will slow down. Also, I've heard people say to eat more simple carbs with ALA. Can't vouch for it, just heard people say that's the thing to do (since the ALA can just pump those carbs into the muscles).

The best thing to do is definitely start off low carbs, and raise them a little bit at a time with the ala and see if you're still making progress. I personally was able to lose 110 lbs (from fat bastard to ~10% body fat) eating 150-250g of carbs a day (very little fat, eating 20-40g of carbs per meal and 30-45g of protein, shooting for 6 meals of approx 300-400 calories each).
