If train at night should i still eat carbs after??

at this time i am cutting with
75mgprop/50mgwinny/80mgfina ED
this is my second week.

i train at night i only have time at night so should i eat carbs after training or no. i am fuckin confused:confused:
 
Dude you are lean enough to hit some simple carbs directly after work out, but I would steer clear of the rices and potatoes and stuff like that.
 
I don't think you would want to starve your muscles of anything post workout.

Everyone is different though. Take in the carbs and if you start to gain a little fat, back off of them a bit.
 
All you have to do is rearrange things alittle. Since you need carbs after you workout change it up and limit the carbs that you eat during the day. Just think about it alittle and it gets easier.
