i am gonna have to take the hawkeyes...i think they could have beat miami in the national championship game but who knows.GO HAWKS!!

In my opinion this is probably the best bowl game this year! I go for USC!

Iowa is tough-all around maybe THE best team in the NCAA-can't believe I just typed that but I haven't seen a weakness -should be one helluva game!!-Go Big 10!!!

Iowa here. Iowa Miami would be a much better game in my opinion.

You're kidding aren't ya ? They lost to Iowa St.....who got beat by Boise St & UConn in their last two games

Banks looks rusty, but that could be gone after halftime. Vargas looks solid for the Trojans. I stll stand by my prediction of a Trojans victory.

well...once again iowa didnt show up as usual...very disappointed...over 42,000 iowa fans and they couldnt pull it off....so much for the cinderella team

Typical bias against Miami, is the reason he didn't win. McGahee showed up in every game, had 150 + yards against Miami's better opponents and played his best in big games. Larry Johnson did he numbers against Indiana, Michigan St and Northwestern.....bottom feeders in the Big-Televen.

Brad Banks looks AWFUL. 2nd place for the Heisman ? What a JOKE.

Dorsey is on the verge of doing something no college QB has ever done; be the QB of back to back titles. Alabama(1978-79) & Nebraska (1994-95) won back-to-back titles, but both used different QB's. After the snub he recieved in the Heisman voting (Im not saying he should have won, but 5th place was absurd, especially since he finished 3rd the year before) there is NO QUESTION in my mind about a Heisman bias against the 'Canes.

Carson Palmer is a STUD. He is a prototype QB for the NFL and has finally put it together after the big hype as a freshman. He deserves the Heisman, and played like a Champion.....to bad his reward is to go to Cincinnati

I wonder if he pulls a "John Elway" type of thing and refuses to play for Cincinnati....does he play baseball ? Can he use that as leverage like Elway did ?

After watching all the bowl games, I'll be very very surprised if its not the same kind of game tonight.

yeh iowa got spanked they shouldnt even showed upp cause they suched took them the hole game to get warm iowa will never represent the orange again!
