Hope you had a good holiday.. and set some good new year plan.. i reached a five year goal last year and have set in the process of the next goal.. i'm moving states right now so i haven't been around to much.. i've been returning mail when i can and PM"s.. i should be back online the middle of this month..
goals this year.. 300-315lbs and 7-8% BF... just so i can say that i'm still bigger than bass.. and yes press when i hit 300 i'll post a pick.. and when i get back online i'll start a thread about my next cycle..

You are a Freak hell i am 6.2 around 200lbs and i just would like to reach 250.I don't think i would like to be any bigger than that.But it takes alot of hard workouts and eating like hell to get that big Gear101 so Congrats to you man and good luck

yes i'm the same GEAR101 everywhere

currently and forever i'm 6"6" 272

moving suxes

and basskiller is smaller than me and i'll post pics at 300 before he will....

i'm thinking he's 6"or 6'2" and 269ish he's small
