THIS GYM BEHIND MY WORK IS POSSIBLY THE WORSE GYM EVER! NO CABLES, PAINTED WEIGHTS THAT SMEAR OFF ON MY GEAR, NO INCLINE BENCH, HORRIBLE LAT BULL MACHINE, IM SO DISCUSTED I DONT FEEL LIKE RAMBLING ON.

i kinda like the old school gyms....when i go visit my mommy i go to a gym that is old school that the only picture that they have is a picture of arnold from like 1970 and no weights match each other or anything....

You can make you own home gym. At Sears there was a huge sale on most of their stuff. Pretty good deals.

its not my gym, its a new one in town that gives out a free week. I felt bad telling the guy his place really sucks, so i vented here.

The gym I used to go to before I joined our local Gold's over a year and a half ago only had db's that went to the 105 - one of which is still lying in a pile on the floor where a would-be strong man dropped it after a few reps on flat bench almost 2 full years ago. The owners are slack to say the least....

I used to workout in a basement gym that every member had a key to. COuld go anytime you wanted. IT was dirty rusty and never cleaned. Had the best workouts there. Sometimes you would find syringes in the bathroom it was awesome. No weights matched it was like 100 bucks a year. Till someone pulled up with a truck and took all the equiptment.
