This a tuff one guys believe me. But I mastered it. First I got all my guns out of my house because I was gonna start shooting holes at the lights in my house. Obviously no booze. Music helps most. But when really helps is having a great friend that you can always talk to and yell at and complain to him about anything at anytime. If im real angry ill just leave the area and listen to soft music. Dont take it out on the wife and kids. I also noticed that my anger levels are much lower after a hard day of wieghts. But theres always some dick head that needs a beating but we cant do that, were not in hs anymore.if all else fails try a hot bath. ps I put mu guns back in my house, but they were gone for 2 years

i dont really get angry as much as i get depressed, but i do agree that having a good friend or someone to talk to is very important, atleast for me it is. I tend to listen to a shitload of music when im on a cycle, cause i actually hate all the human contact.

Honestly i think that roid rage stuff is all hype. It makes the younger kids think thats whats supposed to happen and its bullshit. I have done a bombs and halo at the same time and never really got angry. I think we should stop playing up the anger thing and maybe people will feel a little less intimidated by the whole steroid thing. What do you guys think?

this can go both ways.....sometimes I feel like as if I can beat someones a$$ then again....sometimes while on...I am an angel,, really depends on who u are, and what's going on in your life!!

I don't believe in roid-rage. I think that's just an excuse.

I know i am not prone to roid rage. I work at my gym on monday nights. Last night the janitor shows up drunk wanting his money. He was walking over gym bothering people. I asked him to stay off the gym floor. I caught him upstairs bothering women on the treadmills so I asked him to leave. He starting cussing "I clean this fucking place up you cant make me leave" I didnt lose control but I put his ass out the back door. Went back and finished my workout.

back about six years ago i read an article about roid rage. the title to this article? "roid rage is a myth!" i couldnt agree more with what the article had to say. many individuals have the feeling that when they do a cycle that they are prone to rage. having this perception in their head will likely lead them to aggressive behavior. in actuality using aas can cause one to have a more positive demeanor. ive always felt the latter. when on, i am more prone to find myself in better social, sexual, and emotional situations.
