I can't explain it boys, but need some juicy advice:

Woke up with severe shoulder pain and limited ROM for no reason. This was after an off day and I had no probls whatsoever in the gym leading up to now.

It looks like it will be a problem for at least a few weeks.

I will be able to work about it a little, but only a little.

Should I shit-can my cycle now and go on clomid or should I ride out the cycle and just do work-around exercises?

I ask this question because there is no real point in doing a cycle unless you can train hard and make serious gains, but it is virtually impossible to train hard and make gains when you have one arm that doesn't want to move.

what do y'all think?

tough call there realcool on one hand the aas can mask some of the pain or problem allowing you to make it worse on the other hand it could be a freaky muscle pull that might clear up in a few days. Coin toss for sure I would rest and ice for a week and go from there if you continue to stay on after just remember that there is something going on there with that shoulder.

If it were me, I would probably finish my cycle as planned while being very careful of the shoulder.

It is a hard choice though. Maybe you should go to the doc to see if they can tell exactly what it is, and then decide.

i'd let it rest for a few days and maybe try to give it a go again...and if you can't train at the intensity that you feel you need to be at...then i'd can the cycle. you don't want to force your broken limb to do something that it's not capable of doing at this point in time.... think about the long term affects of doing major damage and hit the clomid.... just my thoughts :)

yea i would have to say lay of up body a few days and see how it feels. also call and talk to your doctor. I had the same thing happen to me but I knew I was done because I couldn't lift my arm. Surgery fixed it. Hang in and if you are supose to take a shot today or tommorow I would take it. Because if you just pinched something it will feel better in a few days as long as you ease into it.You will not have missed a shot.If you are injured bad and you hit that last shot it wont realy hurt you and you will just have to start clomid a week later. Either way good luck bro, and keep us posted.

Go see a doc and get an x-ray and an MRI so you know what's definitely wrong. Waiting will only prolong the recovery. You can't prescribe a proper recovery until you know the issue. It could be bursitus (swelling of the bursa), which might mean a minimal orthroscopic surgery, some kind of bone growth, again needing minimal surgery, OR, you could have some degree of a rotator cuff injury. Serious rotator cuff injuries require serious surgery and lengthy recovery times. SO, get the fact first and fast IMO!

where were you bstrong when i was going thru this? I wish I did that.I ended up with major surgery and like 3 months out of the gym.The doc I went to kept telling me it isnt that bad. I was trying to compete in some throwing comps and during practice it totaly blew out. So listen to bstrong.

I would just can ur cycle. How much longer are u gonna be running the fina. I mean if this is week 6. You have a few weeks left. Plus you might hurt something. And shoulders are bad when u fuck them up. My buddy has his re done, and he still doesnt go all teh way down on military.

Man good luck with what ever ur decision is.
