well week 4 on tue. 30mg.d-bol 500mg qv test 250. i'm hard as a rock,have a killer headache,and my lower back knotts up all the timebut i'm loving the attention!i don't understand why the scale dosen't follow the way i look.only up about 8 lbs.5'6" 173. diet is good.someone here sai9d to take flax seed oil to add more weight.there is only 30 cals. per serving.(thats not st!t)
at least the pain is gone from the injections.i was going to pick up some p'n'pose oil 150$$ from the store over here.was thinking of hitting the bi/tri/lats/quads.

give me some advise guys,got a show coming in june.need to hit a muscular 180lb.
 
is that 110 cals. u get from pill form or is there a liquid u use,and just pour it in you mouth?
pro lab caps say 30cal a serving. 3 caps = 1 serving. what brand do u recommend?
 
TRY NOT TO GO WITH THE CAPSULES. FLAX SEED OIL IS SUPPOSE TO BE A BIT SENSITIVE AND KEPT REFRIDGERATED. LLOK FOR IT IN THE REFRIDGERATED PART OF YOUR NUTRITION STORE.POUR A TABLE SPOON IN WITH YOUR SHAKES OR USE WITH VINEGAR FOR SALAD DRESSING
