ok...just a little rant....how on earth did we go from searching for osama bin laden to going after saddam hussein and forgetting about bin laden???!!i mean seriously...i have some very strong opinions about the government and the wool that they pull over peoples eyes. to me this is all a bunch of horse shit. personally i think that they federal government had something to do with the world trade center bombings and knowing that something like that was going to happen, not necessarily knowing the extent of it but for the most part knowing something was going to happen.
i mean what better excuse to go to war and to pass new legislation to invade our privacy even more than an act of terror!!!??
i beleive this same thing happened with saddam like 10 years ago when the other pres bush was in power and the economy was down and the war brought us out of it somewhat....it just seems like this is the same thing that is happening right now. call me crazy but i am not blind.

u can call this country and all but to me it is corrupt and power hungry. many will disagree with what i have to say and that is your right, SO WHAT DO U SAY ABOUT THIS TOPIC???
 
The problem Ded is you are trying to merge the two conflicts. These are two different things that just so happen to tie to each other. Iraq HAS weapons of mass destruction. Iraq must have the items removed from thier power. If they dont what is to stop them from giving these weapons to terrorists or using them against our troops or civilians in the middle east region. Saddam needs to be taken out of power. I am no war monger, but i do believe in freedom and if it means that someone has to have thier privacy invaded for the sake of a life then so be it. The honest people who are out there doing the right thing dont care one bit about the Terror/privacy restrictions one bit. Do you mind if takes a few minutes longer at the airport to know there wont be some lunatic with a weapon. I think thats a fair price to pay for my safety as well as my families.
 
right...but what i am saying is that at first it was bin laden ...now its saddam...what happened to bin laden??as far as the security at airports that shit should have happened long ago......if saddam is so bad then y didnt we take him out the last time we went in there??the same bullshit will happen over and over again unless he is dead.
 
We didnt take him out because our pussy ass government backed down to the bleeding heart liberals. I pray that they finish the job this time. And as for Oskinny Bin Laden the 10th mountain division is still hunting in Pakistan and Afghanistan for him and his holdouts. He will be brought to justice sooner or later. Remeber the Unibomber it took 14 yrs to catch him and he had no one helping him and was in the US. Patience. it will all be brought correctly
 
allowing Saddam to stay in power allowed us to keep Military forces and bases in the area

The thing thats funny, Us is not 110% sure Iraq has the weapons of mass destruction, But they are 100% sure Korea does, so why are they going after Iraq first, if Korea can be just as much of a threat as Sadams empire.....
Korea hates America, and i am sure with tensions they will use the nukes if necessary.

ok...if war is to achieve an end....then why r we going BACK over there after the gulf war??i did not say keep the peace all the time i just think that there is an alterior motive for the "turmoil in the gulf"

ya know, I dont know what to think about our gov't and a possible 9-11 conspiracy or whatever, but I feel your right prez....(what happened to Bin Laden) I don't think we can rest until we KNOW FOR DAMN SURE that bin laden, and saddam are both dead....as for the Korea issue, I dont have much knowledge about it, so I wont comment on it.
