Vial question

Quick question about vials. I was about to order the presealed vials from getpinz, it says they have this about them.

50 ML sterile glass vial. Rubber stopper sealed with aluminum seal.

I can take the aluminum seal off right? Does it screw off, or is this the kind were if I take it off, I can't put it back on?

I will need to take off the stopper to put powder in, and just want to make sure I don't need additional stoppers.

Oh I just got it, use an open vial to mix it in, then as put it in the already sealed vial. Duh.

i got some screw top vials with rubber stoppers from pharmtools.com one time. I dont know if they still carry them but it is worth a try.

bro dont order the vials from getpinz---they leak---at least all 3 of mine did
