NFL admits mistake...

Did you all see this? the NFL admitted the officials made a mistake in the pass interference call, and the Giants should have had another chance to kick the winning field goal...are you shitten me here? I mean, I had no interest in the game besides Garcia as my fantasy QB for the playoffs, but wouldn't you think the league official(s) at the game would have made the field officials aware of this before the fans rushed the field and the 49ers left the field.

What a brutal way to end the season for the Giants. I mean, granted, they still might have not made the field goal, but a training camp of hell, and an entire season comes down, and has to end like that...I feel bad for the Giants, even though I hate them for absolutely throttling my Vikes 41-0 in the NFC championship a few years ago. lol

I LOVE IT. I'm a 49ers fan. Way to go refs. I think that it's bullshit though how the Giant's fans are blaming that call as the reason they lost the game. What about the 24 point lead that they blew in just over a quarter. The Giants did not deserve to win that game and the refs called it as such.

a little defense and we wouldn't even have to talk about it. refs lost control of game after owens score to give sf 21 points. thats when the shoving,tauntine etc started.

The call was messed up. but how to you get so cold so quick. They went from dominating to bending over for the Niner's.

the penalties were called like this....defensive pass interference on SF, and illegal man downfield on the NYG, so the penalties offset, and a game cannot end on offsetting penalties, so the NYG should of had one more go at the field goal...but I suppose they deserved to lose after that comeback they gave up.

The play sucked, the call sucked and everything happened so fast. What can you do now. Who cares if the NFL admitted the mistake. But you deserve to lose if you give up a 24 point lead in a playoff game
