I cleaned my diet up for the new year. Trying to get the calories up but eat clean foods. Here is a basic workout day diet.
MEAL
1 12 egg whites 3 yolks 8oz sweet potato(yam)
2 mrp 42 pro 24 carb
3 8-10 oz chicken 8 oz sweet potato
4 mrp 42 pro 24 carb
5 mrp 42 pro 24 carb
6 post workout 105 carbs drink 60 gram whey pro
7 8 oz red meat usually deer and 5 oz sweet potato
8 40 gram whey (sometimes i skip this one)
on days i dont train i replace the carb drink and whey with mrp
big carb meals i take 1000mg ALA
take 5 gram creatine and 5 gram glutamine about every meal
what do you guys think? I am trying to gain some muscle but want to keep the fat off.
