bent over BB rows technique

hey bros, i'm getting back into training after a RC injury and i'm working on correct technique alot.

with bent over barbell rows should i keep my head up and looking straight ahead like it says in alot of descriptions or my head slightly down like in alot of photos.

it doesn't feel right with my head down and feels alot better when i'm looking straight ahead.

how does everyone here do them?

Like dedprez said head up you will find out it is easier to keep proper form this way.I have had better results with palms out
 
I like doing them best with palms out (underhanded). Also, keep head up to maintain straightness in back. Bend knees slightly to get good balance.
