I am sooo hungry!!

Hey bro's, I am on a cutting diet for 12 weeks. I just finished my first week and I am hungry as hell. I am eating 2500 calories per day and it feels like I'm eating what an 8 year old girl should eat. How do you stay on your diets when the food is boring, exactly the same every day and you are hungry?!!?!? I drink tons of water as well. I'm thinking I'm going to have to add plain lettuce to each meal to help fill me up a little bit and snack on a couple extra veggies... But is there any good appetite suppresants I can take? Anything natural? I hope I'm not so hungry for the next few weeks. I think maybe it is just that I have been bulking for 4 months and I'm used to eating about 3000-3500 calories per day... So maybe my body just needs a little while to get used to the new diet and extra cardio. Any thoughts? Thanks bro's. If nothing else, I just wanted to vent :)

THE T00TH BRUSH THING DOES WORK FOR ME,LOL I DO IT WITH OUT REALIZING, OR I'LL START TO CHEW GUM, ONCE I GET THAT STRONG CLEAN FLAVOR IN YOUR MOUTH YOU DON'T WANNA RUIN IT,AND IT'LL TAKE AWAY FROM THE TASTE OF THE FOOD TOO
