After a delay of more than 3 months I’ve finally started my cycle today.

Gear:
Weeks 1-12: enanthate @ 500mg/wk & deca @ 400mg/wk
Weeks 1-4: dbol @ 40mg/day
Weeks 11-18: T3 @ µg/wk: 20/40/60/60/60/40/20/10/5
Weeks 1-18 nolva @ 20mg/day
Weeks 15-18: clomid

Training:
Mon: chest-tris + 20’ HIIT threadmill
Tue: back-bis + 20’ HIIT threadmill
Wed: legs
Thu: fairly heavy 90’ min threadmill + shouders and abs
Fri – sat – sun: off

Eating:
Everything that comes into sight and than some :D

Supp’s:
None, except some vitamins and minerals and some ECA before workouts.
 
So far so good today. Shots went great. I was totally relaxed and they didn’t hurt one bit and still don’t. Eating has been good.

First problem I’ve encountered today however is heavy cramping. Although I’ve taken some Ka, Ca, and MG this morning and although I drank a lot already they are still there and hurt like hell. We’ll see how that goes.
