vascularity

i agree that lowering the bodyfat will help increase ones vascularity, but genetics can also play a role. im sure youve seen some bodybuilders such as palumbo who are very lean and very vascular but if you look at someone like wheeler who is just as lean and may not be showing as many veins.

do light weight more reps, like leg presses,

put 25% of what u can do, and got for as many reps as u can, rest 10 sec and go again until u reach a 100. That will give u crazy sitrations if u're body fat is low enough

One thing everyone is missing here:

Your muscles require more blood and oxygen as they get bigger. Growing your muscles=growing the diameter of your blood vessels. This takes time and hard, heavy training.

Diet and train hard are the most obvious.

When I used to compete natural I would use Niacin to get me more vascular just before a show. I've never taken it on a regular basis but I have read of people doing it in that fashion and said they had decent results. This assumes that you are already lean. You don't get vascular until you get the fat down.

Diet is the main key for excessive vascualrity. When your bodyfat is low enough, I have used glycerol to help bring it out more.
