injectable b-12 versus b-12 pills

Is inectable b-12 more effective than the pills? Would I see any difference in taking the same dose in a pill?

I can get the pills very cheap, 1,000 for $10, 500mcg each.

actually just took a 500mcg shot of b12 the other day, it was a gift. ill let you know how it works. so far the placebo effect is amazing. lol.

Yes. Almost all the references that I have read on the subject state that the pills are pretty much worthless. Injectable is the only way to go.

Huge difference bro.
Injectable is simply amazing, in my opinion. It's cheap, and I generally use it for appetite stimulation, immune system boost, and especially for diluting painful gear.
Every time I feel a cold coming on, I do 3 days at 1000mcg/day and I feel great!
B12 is water-soluble, so there's really no worries about taking too much because your body will just expel what it doesn't use.
Yeah, a lot of good bros think that it's just a placebo effect, but I really believe in the stuff, on the occasional night when I go out drinking, I come back and do 1000mcg, it boosts liver efficiency and I wake up feeling a lot less hung over than the nights I forget to take it...

TAZ is right on. The uptake from oral b12 is only a tiny fraction of what you would get from injectable b12.

Well I wish that guy that Bass knows, that he posted about, would get those human grade injectable b-12 ready for sale
