Have you tried all the normal job sites? dice.com, monster.com, etc.?

headhunter.com is the site with the best links to industry specific headhunters. Be wary though...headhunters aren't what they used to be. When there are lots of people unemployed, companies don't need to pay executive search firms (headhunters) to do the work and find good people for them. Companies can just put postings on monster.com, or their own websites and get a ton of quality resumes for ALOT less than paying 20% of first year salary for a headhunter. Because of that, many headhunters are really dry and don't have too many quality leads for jobs/clients themselves.
