There is first time for everything, but damn, that was my precontest goodies, funny they bother to rip up the boxes but take the amps out and send a letter with it, lol,

The last part of the letter says , were sending u the rest of the shipment, because they don't think the stuff is illegal, no shit,

send me empty boxes. tease. I hate Custums.
 
So when you shit gets seized they don't come after you? I don't understand them seizing and then not filing charges. I am missing something here. This is something that I have never understood.
 
Depends on the agent. If it is not a distribution amount they will generally send a letter but that is not always the case. Prices are a little higher but I stay domestic unless it is clomid,novaldex ect.
 
What if they happen to find something that is being shipped domestic? Is that better? Would they still send you a letter?
 
Well unless you accept it and keep it then you have done nothing wrong yes? How can they just come and arrest you and say "someone mailed you this illegal stuff you now must goto jail"..........If that were the case I would be mailing amps and vials to every M f'er I know that I dislike to send him to jail. If you sign the letter or return it, then its telling them you admit to having something from that sender sent to you and thats a different story. Maybe?

Thats been the thought process for awhile, but some bro's found out that even if you don't sign for it you may still get charged. Although tougher to convict, it still gives the same headaches.

It happens bro. It sucks, but it happens. They did the exact same thing to me. Took all the amps and sent the empty boxes. I stick to Mexican or UG lab gear now. You gotta weed through the scammers (the mods will help there) but it's worth it in the end.
