my diet/transformation thread

ok i was going to wait till i was done, around the middle of march, to post my results but i was so happy today when i went to the scale i had to share.
start diet date:1/8/03- 312.5lbs
1/15/03- 307.5 lbs
1/22/03- 297.4lbs

goal:270-275

so in 2 weeks i am down 15 lbs! i am excited. my diet has been all protein, no carbs. i eat tuna, chicken, lunch meat/cheese(turkey and ham/america), steak once in a while, and pork. i am starting to get sick of tuna because i eat it with nothing on it but the results i saw today make me want to eat it :D
i will probably post pics once i get back from spring break to show what the "new" me looks like in the end of march.
btw, i am taking 600mg/wk of eq, t3, and eca stack.

one question, i know keeping a good fiber in your diet is important while on t3, so i was wondering what a good supp for fiber is and how/how much should i take and when? thanks and i will post next wed. with my progress.
 
sweet bro....i would mayb throw in a "cheat day every once in awhile tho...just to change things up.

i might have a medium carb day on sunday only for the superbowl, but if not then i will after a month or so

Citrucell is good. Comes in powder and pill form. Disolves easy, tastes good and no gas. :D
 
Fiber isn't supposed to cause an insulin response. It's basically undigestable. Fiber one (cereal) has almost no carbs other than the fiber. Metamucil isn't bad, but gives me a little gas. I like eating peanuts in the shell whole! :)

Great job, btw. On the lunch meat, make sure you check the label. Alot of the stuff has as many carbs as protein, especially the low fat stuff.
 
How is that t3 working for you? I am going to be adding it to my 400mg/wk EQ and my 50mg ED winny. (CKD diet)
Are you paramiding it up and down? Any bad effects you have noticed?

Im at 200lbs 13%BF and am tring to get to 170lbs by end of March
(its for a weigh in) I this is the stuff to do it
