ok i was going to wait till i was done, around the middle of march, to post my results but i was so happy today when i went to the scale i had to share.
start diet date:1/8/03- 312.5lbs
1/15/03- 307.5 lbs
1/22/03- 297.4lbs
goal:270-275
so in 2 weeks i am down 15 lbs! i am excited. my diet has been all protein, no carbs. i eat tuna, chicken, lunch meat/cheese(turkey and ham/america), steak once in a while, and pork. i am starting to get sick of tuna because i eat it with nothing on it but the results i saw today make me want to eat it
i will probably post pics once i get back from spring break to show what the "new" me looks like in the end of march.
btw, i am taking 600mg/wk of eq, t3, and eca stack.
one question, i know keeping a good fiber in your diet is important while on t3, so i was wondering what a good supp for fiber is and how/how much should i take and when? thanks and i will post next wed. with my progress.
