ITS A QUAD MORNING YUCK

Its like -3 windchill and man its hard to get to work let alone go do quads, I feel lathargic for hours after quads every week. Just wanted to rant a little before I go get sick
 
hey, u saying, it was -10 yesterday morning here in chitown,

lol did cardio, when i ran to my car, my sweat froze, no kidding.
 
It was 2 degrees F this morning in VA, just finished bi's and tri's....bi's got the most painful pump - made it hard to drive back home!

My quad workout intensity has gotten to the point where I pretty much just head straight to bed after the gym...lol I don't try to fight it anymore.:D

well it went well, did 3 sets squat, leg extensions til my tights ripped, and leg pressed strictly close footed, and i was outa there! quick and to the point, now back to work in a few!
 
it's to cold for me...here in TN....burh...coldness..only like 10 degrees here...
 
nothing burns like quads! love the feeling where you can 't walk for five days and than some ;) only muscle group which is satisfying in training, for me personally
 
Worked legs tuesday, they still swore today. Great work out . Give it a try. 2 set warm up squats , then 4 sets more light to as heavy as you can go. 10 reps each set. Then super set leg press and hack squats 4 sets each. 4 sets stiff leg dead lift. 3 sets leg extentions and 3 sets leg curls. and don't forget your calves seated and standing haha!! Try it , I hope you enjoy it..

My team had softball practice today and it was a little warm out there. High 80's. We're having a "rough" winter here in San Diego.
 
i feel you i live in S.C. AND IT HAS SNOWED HERE 2 times in the last two fucking me up HATE COLD ready to move to the carribeancould someone western union me2 million then ill be set!LOL

I am in the same boat in NC bro....and presser you do quick and sweeet workouts in off season. I am trying something different this go around see how I like it...
