When I placed my order with them a week had passed and i still haven't received my stuff. I was in shock a little bit because everyone says what great service they have. So I emailed them twice and they told me it would be re-sent. This time around I got it. I want to say thank you to RESEARCHKITS for following up with the mishap and taking care of it.

I just dont know why I wouldn't have gotten it the first time. Could they have forgotten to send it or maybe it was seized? It's domestic so I wouldn't think it would be seized. I just dont know.

Thanks for any help.

yeah my first order with chem got lost as well as my first order from getpinz.com it might have something to do with the mail service in that state---but both companies made it right!

I posted to say thanks to Researchkits for taking care of the order. To thank them for their service. That if something goes wrong with someones order they will take care of it. I thought it was clear in my post.

I also was just curious to why I wouldn't have gotten it the first time. Thats all. Maybe someone had an answer.

Is their something wrong with me posting this?

it's the human factor guys. Businesses can't escape the imperfection of humans that are responsible for making things happen. All a good business can do is take care of the fuck-ups and do the right thing....researchkits DOES just that!

Sometimes the Drawf gets over his head with work (easily done as a dwarf) -- He is not perfect. He makes errors like the rest of us. If you knew how many orders the dwarf proccesses and ships to the number of errors....FedEx would hire him into management. With ANY mail order business..there are going to be mistakes. It depends on how the business handles it that reflects the quality of thier service. We do not live in a perfect world, we just try to get as close as we can...

bump that, I know you guys have been extremely busy lately, too, and seeing as how I can't picture your operation being conducted out of a 500,000 sq. ft. warehouse with automated assembly lines and shit, I think you do a great job considering the volume you handle......keep up the good work!

Fellow Farmers,
I appreciate the positive feedback, as it was stated we are quite busy these days and do the best we can to keep up with the workload. Chem and put in 8 - 15 hours a day 7 days a week, in fact today on Super bowl Sunday I am working feverishly with the aid of a helper to make the game today and the festivities. I try my best to send every order the day it comes and keep up with the demand in regards to the supply inventory. I also try to come up with new means of packaging to ensure the safety of all of our merchandise. I am sure that most of our repeat customers will experience delays from time to time and or damaged goods, just keep in mind the USPS is our worst enemy in this business. Once a package is lost by the USPS unfortunately there is nothing we can do and orders must be resent (at our loss). I don't where you can shop FOR ANYTHING and have goods replaced no questions asked on your word. Chem and I place more value in our customers than any business I know, we truly appreciate each and every order and never mind the long hours. We do in fact despise the service we get from the USPS and hope you guys will continue to allow us to serve you despite the handicap that is the USPS.

Best,
Tom

Yeah go to www.researchkits.com and place your order either with a credit card or mail order (follow instructions). To answer your question........... the CLEN & CLOMID are awesome (no animals have complained) and priced right! My pet Monkey Tango was dosed with the CLEN at 6am this morning and he's still jumping around my place throwing stuff everywhere. It's been ten hours, a very succesful experiment!
