Does anybody know if juice helps with ligament healing. I just had surgery on my shoulder three weeks ago and was wondering this.

PS. High all, been out da game for a few months because of this injury, I hope to be less of a stranger now I have computer access again.

Ifound that decca did wonders for my ligaments and tendons, and joint pain. I don't know if the effect is permenant though, as I ran winny right after.

I had the same experience with deca @ 400mg/wk

About 2 months after the cycle my joint pain came back(shoulders) although not as bad as before.

I think deca will help some as it adds some extra lubrication, but as far as strengthening ligaments and tendons I don't think it will do that

I tore out a shoulder completely and just had reconstruction, lube is not really important at this point. I just thought about running some test or something at a little higher than natural level to speed the healing proccess....A shot in the dark really. i'll hold off on the test if nobody has any good info.

deca does help lubricate your joints. i'm not sure if it will actually directly help your ligaments heal any better though.
