50MCG T-3 WHILE ON 100MG PROP AND 100MG TREN EOD?

5'10,200LBS,12%BF, 8+YRS LIFTING EXP., 22YRS OLD. I'M DIETING WITH A CKD DIET AND DOING CARDIO 30MIN A DAY(TRYING TO DO IT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING,BUT HAVING TROUBLE GETTING OUT OF BED.) RUNNING 100MG TREN AND 100MG DRYTEST(PROP&ANASTROLE COMBO).CLEN W/KETOTIFEN,AND T-3 .STARTED THE T-3 AT 25MCG/DAY,AND GONNA BUMP IT TO 50MCG,BUT I'M WORRIED ABOUT MUSCLE LOSS.ANY EXPERINCE/OPINIONS ON THIS. MY DIET MACROS ARE 300GRMS PROTEIN/70GRMS FAT/ 75GRMS CARB POST WORKOUT.=2100-1830CALS/DAY
 
you should be fine. At 50mcg T3, you're not tremendously increasing your metabolism. T3 IS NOT CATABOLIC in and of itself. The increased demand for calories the T3 creates does however change your maintenance level for caloric intake though. It's the calorie-negative environment (which IS catabolic) that creates muscle wasting. Dieting doesnt' mean starving....you just need to keep below your maintenance level in order to trigger fat burning. Your protein intake and AAS look good as far as protecting you from muscle loss. Just don't go down in total calories below that 1800 mark. At your bodyweight, that should be ok. Oh, one other thing on muscle loss while dieting...alot of guys shrink so much fat and see their arms and legs tape in smaller...they freak and scream CATABOLISM! Remember that you WILL shrink when you diet because FAT TAKES UP SPACE! Duh! LOL,...

do you mean up the T3? If so, you certainly can. I ramp it like this: 25/50/75/100/100/75/50/25 when I cut. I REALLY like the results. You MUST keep a fairly high test level though...I hit around the 750 mark, plus take in 1.5g/lb of bodyweight of protein to minimize muscle shrinkage.
