Didn't do much for me. Especially for the cost$$. IMO save the money for your next cycle.

For the most part I took it as directed. But it's very hard to take on an empty stomach like the bottle says.

When the FU(K does a bodybuilder have an empty stomach???

it's alpha ketogluterate,it works ok,I took it when I was getting it compt'ed but I wouldn't spend the money on it myself,only if it was free.

the stuff is expensive as hell... a couple of bottles will run almost as much as gear. not worth the $ IMO

you can buy NOX3 by universal which is the same thing i believe for about $25 on most websites
