clen & eca stack

do you have to take an eca stack w/clen the 2 weeks off? I mean does ephedrine really help you lose weight? the stuff just makes me nervous.

does clen give off the same effect? could you do 2 weeks on & off of clen with no stack on the off weeks?

and if you do use something like stacker 2, do you just take what the bottle says? what limit of ephreda should you not exceed daily?

you can definitely skip the ECA if you want to. Or, you could just lighten the dose to where you don't feel like shit.

Just not the same without the jjjjjjitters....LOL

Kind of strange that you aren't scared by the clen, but are by the ephedra. There are non ephedra based thermogenics.... NYC is a great one!

I would run clen for 2 weeks and then the eca for 2 weeks...and so on....Trust me...do this and u will like the results, make sure u keep that diet in check!!!

Weird Al is right NYC is great stuff, I perfer it to an ECA
