How much cardio is TOO much cardio?

Where I have been eating everything that I come across for the past month or so, it is starting to catch up with me.
My gut isn't big but it's in the formation and I figured some cardio would take care of it. Since I am wanting to put on mass, how much cardio is too much? I just want to keep the gut from forming and nothing more.

Is one mile on Monday, Wednesday and Friday sufficent after I work my abs?
 
NO CLUE BRO, DEPENDS ON ALOT OF THIGS, LIKE THE TIME OF THE MILE AND SUCH,
 
HELL YEAH THATS PLENTY OF CARDIO THEN AT THAT PACE TO JUST PREVENT A GUT, NOW TO SHREDD THE FUCK UP IS A DIFFERENT STORY
