Pumping Iron Video Problem, to whom it may concern....

39 minutes into the pumping iron tape I bought from here, the screen just turns blue and thats it. A blue screen until the tape stops playing. Anything I should know? It happens right after Franco wins the under 200lb class. The screen flickers and then goes straight blue, keeping on FFwarding until the end of the tape, its all blue all the way though. Whats the deal?

Actually, I'm quite suprised I didn't. I was so excited when the tape got here (I've been meaning to watch it for a few years) that I just totally wasnt thinking straight when it went to the blue screen. If I had thought better of it I would have deleted the thread, but I suppose its to late now. I also wanted to see if there were any other members who had this problem, or if I was just an isolated incident. I really don't see where the harm was. I wasn't dogging him, or anyone else, and I didnt lash out anyone. I was simply questioning that there was a problem. Not implying that they did anything underhanded at all if thats what your trying to get at. I was just wondering what I should do. Presser seems very honest, I think he will take care of everything promptly.
 
Just got done exchanging PM's with presser. He didnt even really ask what happened, just said he'd send another. A round of applause from me. I was expecting to at least pay shipping again, and I gladly would have, but he just said he'd send it. Presser is upstanding in my book. I think I finally know why everyone likes this place so much.

The harm comes when people who may have been getting ready to order change their minds when they see a thread like this.

Although, you have done a great job turning a negative thread into a very positive one by showing what great customer service you recieved after encountering a problem. Nice work!

I assumed there would be a good outcome, I was very certain there would be, so I went ahead and posted the thread. Had I thought there might have been even an inkling of trouble, it would have been strictly PM. No harm in stating your opinion man. I'm glad you disagreed with me earlier the way you did, without turning it into a big ordeal. Pardons all around.
