15 mg/ed of d-bol enough?

I will going on my second cycle with the intent of using d-bol for a jumpstart. Is 15 mg/ed for wks 1-4 enough or is it too little? Also, being that most of the gains are from water bloat, should I expect to lose all gains/strength made from it once I stop using it? All responses all helpful. Thanks.
 
if it is your second cycle dbol will be pretty good. i dont think u are gonna benefit that much from 15mg/day from dbol. do atleast 25mg for some results. and also prop will be a very good choice.
