Does anyone have a friend that thinks he is almost as big as you, I mean I am not huge, but like when I get a compliment on my physique, this ass clown will speak up and say something like yeah, I'm just about the same size as him, etc.

This guy in particular is 6'1 & 160 pounds, I'm 6'3 & 220, way lower body fat than him too. In my book that is 60 pounds, & lower body fat.

Just annoying me lately.

Might be a plan, he's been one of my friends for years though. It's funny hearing him talk about people at the gym that aren't big like us. I don't even consider myself that big yet.

He's delusional.

None of my friends are like that, but a lot of the really obese guys in my gym walk around with their arms out at right angles from their sides....like they have lats or something with their 130lb pulldowns....ppshhhhht

a guy at work is the exact same way. I just get sick of it. Now I just give him stupid compliments and tell him he is really puttin on size. The only size that he is improving is his waist.

just be sarcastic about it bro. if hes only 160 @ 6'3", than I'm sure that its painfully obvious to everybody that he's delusional.
