When do you guys do cardio, how often, and how fast do you run and how far??? I know it depends on the body fat you want to loose but I dont want it affecting the gains either.
What is the most popular drink post workout?
Im drinking cell tech, 15 G glutamine, and Isopure with skim milk.

If your eating righ and training right how much should you expect to gain from a cycle with eq 600wk,test prop 600mg wk total, and tren 400mg/wk total. for 10 wks

cardio depends on what I'm aming for..
Bulking.... not including ab w/o's twice a week ...Bike 10miles (country).. heavy and speed bag for 1/2 hr
cutting ... biking/running heavy and speed bag ...4 to 6 times a week

Post work out drink cell tech/endurox/oj with slin (I don't recomend the insulin to anyone)

gaining.. also has to due with genetics but it's possible for 20+lbs and keep 15 to 20 range

I generally stay away from cardio all together when bulking...maybe hit it every few weeks just to say I did it, LOL.

As far as post workout goes, when bulking I hit 50g of whey and then eat rice or pasta. Ok, i HAVE been know to eat 4 or 5 twix bars too, LOL! When dieting, I generally stay away from the carbs all together post-workout. I am an endomorph and have NO problem putting on weight, and have a hard time losing if I take in too many carb calories.

As far as weight gains go, that depends on you. Everyone is different. First cycles generally gain MORE because you're so far away from your genetic potential. The longer you train and cycle, the less each cycle will give you since you're body is already carrying as much if not more muscle than it really wants to.
