I just cant seem to want to cook, or get something to eat 6-7 times a day. I can eat 3 times a day and have been eating about 4 MRPs a day is that O.K. will I still see the gains that I want??? I am on a cutting cycle of eq/prop/tren thanks!

How bad is it to drink like 3 beers on sat and sun??? Does anyone else drink on the weekends???

Iam right with you on this ali, cooking and eating the hardest
part.I hate to cook, then you gotta clean up,its sucks.
for breakfast ill have a huge bowl of cereal & protein drink
then at 10:00am two healty choice frozen dinners & protein drink
lunch two more healthy choice 5:00 protein drink peanut butter
sandwich work out for 1 1/2 hours then another protein drink &
PBJ.

I know this isnt good for me, but iam a lazy cook and cleaner
after a hard day at work thats the last thing i want to do.

But i think iam going to try something.
iam going out and buying a Foreman cooker & rice steamer
I heard there easy to clean up,cooks chicken breast, pork chops
turkey burgers in no time, and throw some rice and frozen
peppers in steamer.
Do this right after workout and make enough for next day
to take to work.
I know this will be better for me and iam sure ill add some
weight on to.Iam going to walmart tomorrow..

There are low effort ways to cook... Dumping a bunch of chicken in a crock pot is one... Throwing a bunch of chicken in a pan, sprinking a little seasoning on and then baking is another. Stir fry is quick once you get the hang of it, the only real effort is cutting the meat (and veggies) into strips that will cook quickly. You can always buy it pre-cut. Ground turkey is easy to cook in a pan (I buy 93% lean and then drain the fat). It's good with salsa or spaghetti sauce.

Also, when I cook (grill, bake, or whatever) I try and make 10+ portions at once (of course I have 4 people eating). If you're single and can do the same, you'd have several days of roughly half your meals cooked.

Rice cookers are great if you're doing rice. I like the zojirushi brand automatic kind.

I try to cook 2-3 times a week and portion everything out in tupperware. I have a soft-case cooler that holds my meals and MRPs nicely and I take it with me to my office or in the field...wherever I happen to be working that day.

Alcohol DOES interfere with protein sysnthesis and recovery in muscle tissue. So, if you drink, you are limiting your growth potential. There is an article posted on this in the articles section. It's in Creatine and Alcohol I believe.

Enough alcohol will also raise your estrogen levels.....and I try to cook enough at once to last a few days, I'll also divide meals into tupperware containers so all I have to do is grab a few from the fridge when I go to work
