What's your favorite meal while bulking? How about while cutting? While maintaining? If you can, let me know what the nutritional breakdown is for the meal!
 
I dunno about the nutritional breakdown, but lately I have followed every workout with a Pro Complex shake with whole milk and a scoop or two of ice cream, 45 mins later I'll have beef roast, baked potato with real butter, and about 16 oz of milk (sometimes I'll throw a scoop of peanut butter in for dessert); I also take my assortment of vitamins at this time. As far as cutting goes, I think I'll always be a fatboy!!
 
toss up pizza(homemade) or a nasty-ass steak sub with everything including hots
 
bulking-Big Steak rare Sweet Potatoe and some fried apples

Cutting-xenadrine with some nice chicken plain.

Maintaining-The same as bulking except I can't eat ice cream
 
Bulking - Deep fried yardbird (chicken) or ribeyes.
Cutting - Ribeyes, grilled cat fish filets
Maintain - Ribeyes, grilled chicken

Can you tell I like ribeyes?
 
Bulking= blooming onion, outback special, and big ole baked potato!!!

Cutting=chicken w/ some white cheddar rice cakes
 
I love making my homade turkey chilli. It's amazing! I have it with some whole wheat crackers. Don't know the exact nutritional content but since I know everything that went in it, I know it's all good.
 
I also like this for breakfast.

1 packed plain oatmeal
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 scoop protein.

I make the protein shake first. then mix it with the dry oatmeal. Microwave it for 1 minute. Add the peanut butter and mix. Tastes awesome. I've used strawberry and chocalate protein powders. Tastes a litter better with the strawberry.

grilled chicken, raw broccoli with light sesame dressing (very little) and red, yellow, and orange bell peppers



cheat item once every other week or so Chili's chocolate molten lava cake
 
bulking -
10oz lean staeak
8eggwhites scrambled with cheese
oatbran pancake with butterpecan syrup
1 banana

cutting
chicken breast stirfried with chillies and garlic. (for keto diet)

maintaining.
same as bulk just less carbs.
