Not dieting yet but started eatin better to prepare for an upcomin diet,so I've been doin good and all so whats on my lap as I type?Alarge pizza hut pizza,I'm a dirty bastard.And right before bed,damn.
 
Hey I cheat too I had a box of oreo ice cream sandwichs tonight.
my 1 day cheat a week...
Just read the empty box 4=36g fat 920 cal
on chest day damn.....
 
i havent cheated for a while, i never eat junk food, and i only eat one bad thing of food a day.

I feel so good about it though.
 
Cheating....life just has to many things to enjoy, but in order to indulge yourself in these you must CHEAT.

I sat down to 1/2 pizza hut pizza, 1 20oz Diet Mt. Dew (for the caffeine, I work 3rd shift), 1 quart water, and one package creme filled vanilla cupcakes! I've tried to limit my food consumption during my "bulking" phases and I find myself waking up in the middle of sleep with cravings for food so strong I can't resist them. I end up going into the kitchen and eating a little bit of everything until I'm stuffed.....
 
It is very hard to resist food that tastes so damn good. It wold be different if we had never had it before, but since all of us at some point have had pizza and cupcakes and oreo cookies and jelly donuts ITS DAMN HARD TO RESIST ALL THE TIME. Designate your cheat meal once a week on the same day all the time then all you have to do is make it to that day.
 
I try to set one day a week for a cheating day.I use as a tool.For 6 days I am focused,devoted.Follow everything exactly as I have planned.Then on cheat day everything goes.I have what I want,as much as I want.I eat everything in sight.Not only does it feel good to reward yourself,but I find it renews my convictions to try hard and stay disciplined for the next week and make every day count.
