I was converting winni powder into oil tonight, and this is what I ran into, after mixing in the oil, with the powder, when trying to draw it out to filter it (step 8), the powder really clumped up. Below is the instructions I followed, any ideas what went wrong. My first thought is to try heating it more to see if it will melt into the solution, then let it cool slowly.

1. Weigh out 1 gram winni powder
2. Place winni powder in vial
3. Add 2 ml solution Mr T's super solvent
4. Heat sesame seed oil to 212 degrees
5. Add 1% ba (.20ml) to the vial with the winni
6. Fill vial with 17 ml of oil
7. Shake vial gently
8. Draw out with a syringe, and filter through a sterile filter, into a sterile sealed vial

did you disolve the powder by heating? before adding the heated oil

I just left the solvent in with the powder for about 20 minutes, thinking it would disolve it, when it didn't I heated it in the oven, it looked like all the powder had disolved, then after I added the oil, it started clumping up.

almost same thing happed to me, but i heated it so much, then everything was ok, try heating the vial under a stove top. its easier this way, just make sure u pay attention when the wiinny starts melting

after heating the powder, it looked like it had all melted, it didn't look grainy, I let it come back down to room temp slowly, then it started clumping up.
