I alternate between 2 cd's- Disturbed and Lincoln Park. They are both awesome to work out to.

I can't believe someone put in Bon Jovi.

We have an all dance/techno station here in Dallas and I listen to it the most! But I'm bout to get an MP3 player and put alot of techno and rock songs on there to workout too!
Normally weights--i like rock or alternative
