Whats the BEST diet for a BODYBUILDER looking for MAXIMUM FATLOSS?

There's so many diet's out there it's really confusing when trying to pick the right one. What type of diet is the best for ULTIMATE FATLOSS for a bodybuilder? I've read about so many. TKD ,CKD ,MKD ,Atkin's ,Mr.X's "The NOT so Natural FAT-FAST diet!" ,ect.... or would just your basic high protein ,low fat ,and carbs diet be the best? Im looking for MAXIMUM FATLOSS ,a diet that could also be used during contest preperation. All without the usual fatloss aid's such as DNP ,clen ,bromo ,T3 ect... Im not against using these fatloss aid's ,I just want to know what the best diet is for fatloss before adding such thing's into the mix. I want to get my bodyfat percentage as low as I possibly can "naturally" (hopefully around 6-7%) before I start to use thing's like DNP ,clen ,T3 ,ect... to get my bodyfat to an insanely low level such as a TRUE 4% or so. I dont need help planning a diet for myself ,I can do that just fine once I figure out which diet I want to do. I just need help deciding which diet to go with. Again Im looking for a bodybuilder's diet that will result in MAXIMUM FATLOSS. Im not too concerned with muscle loss as I will use AAS to combat that. Any help any of you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know that there is one answer for that unfotunately. Everyone is different. If you bodybuild, you'll try every one of those at some point or another and develop and opinion of how they work for you. You don't want to be trying a diet for the first time pre-contest if you plan on winning. You'll need to work the different diets to know what puts you in the best condition to show.

I say ketogenic diets too... My favorite is the Bodyopus diet! I once lost 46 pounds on that diet w/ minimal muscle loss... just considering results and not effort required i think it's the fastest fat loss diet there is...but everyone is different

Diet reccomendation is very difficult not knowing all the parameters surrounding the person you are giving advice to. This is usually why it takes some time and experimentation to find out what works for you.

Keto diets work but can be very uncomfortable for some. Keep in mind that you do need some carbs for normal brain and nervous system function.

I have had my best results to date using a diet that keeps me just outside the Keto range. I am never hungry and I don't feel weak or deprived.

I would def. say there are a few ways that work but by far the best way to loose all your body fat is to go on the "Zone" diet very strictly.
works for the olympic dudes, and I've worked out the timing over the last couple years where it only takes me about 2 months to drop down to 1-2%BF from 6-10
no BS

No BS huh..lol....how about no life....bro 1-2%BF is not attainable and be among the living. Not to burst your bubble. If you were truly at 1 or 2% you would be dead( I'd be interested to see you at "6%" too)...........456

2% body fat is possible, you just have to be a freak to obtain it, some people can some can't. Eddie George for the Titans, usually was at 2% body fat. I remember reading that Karl Malone was at 2% this year, although he don't look it.

I do believe some individuals are 1-2% bodyfat but these individuals are prolly super low bf (like 4% naturally) to begin with. I think the average individual cannot sustain such a low bodyfat and if they can i doubt it can be done for long... I think I read an article by dan duchaine saying when you get below 2% bodyfat your organs will begin to shut down if you stay that low too long... but this is just what I read...

Also I think the biggest mistake w/ keto diets is not eating enough fat. If you stay in FULL ketosis you shouldn't have to worry about fat intake that much... Too little fat intake will cause muscle catabolism... so i disagree w/ what madchemist said, but again I could be wrong and everyone's body is different... But if you do not stay deep in ketosis then i'd say watch the fat... If you are going to get your bodyfat to such low levels though I think the dedication required will require you to be deep in ketosis if you decide to diet ketogenically...

I do it without keto, but only for about a week. Its important to get the timing right though when you drop from like 5-2 its hits hard and you can look depleated and feel tired. If you get the timing right the day of the show you'll be around 2% and feel pumped up and enegeritic

Just for referance, this is about 3%. I don't think that 1-2% is obtainable by your average professional let alone very many amatures. 5% is totally shredded and I don't belive that crap that they post on football players having single digit bodyfat levels very often. There are a few but most are overblown stats IMO. It's kinda like saying "I have a 12" cock"..lol

Thank YOU!!! Saying you are 1 or 2% BF is EXACTLY like saying you have a 12"cock....lol.....good comparison bro. No NFL athelete in there right mind is going to carry that low of BF. To be on top of your game you need to be lean...but there is a point that you surpass being lean and then it starts affecting your speed and strength. Eddie George 2%...lol I think not, is that why his punk ass got knocked unconcious in a helmet to helmet hit against the Steelers. C'mon guys use some common sense....you really think you want to be that lean on a football field. And as for Karl Malone...Eddie George is a helluva lot leaner than him.
Like Josh stated....2% begins to shut down internal organs....BF is neccesary for internal organs to function. I laugh when I read someone say they are 3% all the time or even 5%. Its not impossible but highly unlikely...kinda like a 12" cock..lol.........456

If that guy was 3% then I was def wrong about my BF at its lowest, I get around there but a little fuller so prob 4 or 5. It still stands though that the ZONE diet lets me drop form liek 8 down to my lowest whatever it is, and without keto. I I think no matter how big you are if your as tight as that guy your going to look smaller.

When I was using t3 and AAS combo... I did the atkins diet at the same time.. only thing was, the doc said my LH levels were on point based on the diet i was doing... so it was a good way to get bloodwork covered under my insurance (so i could get my bp checked etc)... but.. of course after i stopped the diet i had to lie and tell him i was still eating that way... plus could definitely tell the effects of going into ketosis... my urine stunk like all hell... but overall .. any other thoughts on this issue?

The best diet IMHO to lose fat and preserve muscle is carb rotations with a carb cutoff time. This will keep your metabolism up and keep you form storin unwanted fat while dropping %. This is great when bulking to imho. Also, i find T3 is most effective when taken with carbs. It will help fuel the fire and keep the furnace burin brightly.

I've done the modified keto diet as well as the full blown keto diet. Both were less than great imho and caused me to loose too much muscle in the end. I was also flat all thetime and energy suffered too. I even went as far as to get the strips and piss on them to make sure i was in a state of ketosis.

great info in this post, unfortuantly its 4 years old so im sure Capricorn MIke and his one post arentaround anymore LOL. Good info for newbies to the game though so ill bump it up!
