How often do you miss a training day?

Today was the first time since December that I had miss training. The past few weeks I haven't gotten much sleep and it's really catching up to me. I had no energy and didn't want to take a chance on getting hurt while doing my back.
Before today, I took 1.5 months off to heel my elbow and before that it was almost a year non-stop without missing.
 
I think it is good to take a break every once in a while. When I train hard for six months at a time, it seems that a one week break only helps me. Over training has always been the problem for me.

I haven't missed a day in the past year. That includes New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If I happen to miss one workout due to something really important then I workout on my one day off per week.
 
I try to take a 1 week break once or twice a yr. I currently work out 5 days a week. I use to hit it daily but my wife gets a little pissy when I go on the weekend, plus the recovery time helps with the energy levels.
 
been clean for about 5 weeks now guys...and I finally took a whole week off...just got tired and burned out....and plus really needed a break...will start back tommorrow!!!
