Insulin+ Creatine = WOW

Man I have to say I finaly tryed Insulin and Creatine(schwartzlabs) and its unreal. Its amazing how fast your muscles blow up and how strong you get. I havent juiced in god knows how long so this was a welcome addition to my training.

I do not advocate this though!! its tricky if you dont know what ur doing.

Anyone else doing it and how do they run it with their meals and carbs

I run about 25g creatine throughout the day and then I run the slin like this. 10iu's a.m. followed by a protein shake 60g protein, 108g carbs. Head to the gym and do morning workout. 1 Hour before night workout 10 iu's followed by another protein carb shake.

I've heard you can take glucophage with creatine as well!

I usually run humalog post workout at 15iu's. I drink one carbo force, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, Shake with 50g protein as little fat as possible.

Then I just eat as much as I can and as clean as I can for the next several hours.

I have had no problem with fat gain.

And, I am doing something like 4weeks on (workout days only), 6 weeks off.

I just got my Humulin R today.I am going to start slow with 1iu and work up to 7 or 8 iu.I plan on only doing it post workout immediately with 60 grams carbs and creatine and then follow that immediately with a clean meal.60-70 grams each of protein and carbs and another meal after that in two hours.Can't wait to get those pumps.

Do you guys take it to the gym with you?I was planning on doing that and then taking it right after the workout.

I plan on trying this as well since I just recently came off the juice. I will have to watch my fat intake.

Hostile, if you do this for like 4 weeks, how many weeks do you stay off?

Presser, how long you been doing this?

i usually have a cooler with me all the time and yes the pump is unreal but i had to play with my carbs a tad i didnt do it pre workout to often but bridge using it post cycle and i mainted my gains well!!

do you guys ever worry bout having a problem w/ the slin later down the road as for as having to take it do to diabetic type problems.i want to try the slin,but i worry that when i'm done playing this game at about 35,i don't want to find out i have to take slin for the rest of my life. is this rediculas?i've said this before,what are the long term side affects of taking slin when u don't need it?r there any?slin hasn't been around for b/b that long.i guess the vets need to answer this for me,to put me at ease. fo rwhat it's worth,i hear the affects are awsome,for bulking.

I have been off for about six weeks now. I am thinking 4 on and 6 off is the way for me to go. I really like to let my body get back to normal between cycles. I will plan the slin to be run for the 4 weeks immediately following my cycle for sure and then take as much time off as I feel it takes to get back to normal.

BUMP for Woody's question, I assumed that if you messed with your body's insulin production, you could end up permanently suppressing (or stopping it entirely) it similar to the effects some guys suffer from taking too much test for way too long......and info??

This worries me a little. I have read and read and read about slin for the past six months though, and I have not found anything that says using slin for BB will make you diabetic. I figure that there are a lot of people doing a lot more slin than I will ever do. If I start hearing stories about people becoming diabetic from using slin for BB then ofcourse I will stop.

I would like to hear from DecaDent on this one.

so how do you guys get it...isnt is suspicious walking in a pharm being a big guy saying I need some humalog....I mean I know it is legal and stuff...but I would be uncomfortable buying it

I don't if u guys remember, i had a cycle in december, 7 weeks
500mg test enth, 400mg deca, with slin, went from
205 to almost 250$, benched went from 295 for 3 reps, to 315 for 8.

i wouldnt recomend that, but you can. i take the slin when i get home from the gym, the reason i dont think its a good idea is cause say you take your shot, and your driving home, and somthing comes up, accident whatever. what do you do when you go hypo? now of course youd bring a carb source with you just in case, but i feel more safe knowing im in my house and very little chance i can go hypo there.

for most poeple it only takes 5-20min to get home from the gym, taking the slin 5-20 min earlier isnt gonna help much anyway, i dont see why people bother bringin it with them.

Good point SC.I was thinking about that to.I also had read that some guys take it 30 min prior to the end of the workout for the awesome pumps.But,this sounds like an unsafe practice. midwtchamp,I got mine online.Just used the search engine for insulin.It was just over $30 w/shipping.

I don't think I have ever seen a study saying that slin can make you dependant, it is just a common theory.

If you feel uncomfortable buying it, just say you are picking it up for you girlfriend/wife, and have it written down what you need, and read it off to the pharmisist. It's over the counter, they won't even question you.

Are you guys saying that you can buy slin over the counter in AMERICAN pharmacies??? I ask because I was going to go to mex, I had never heard that you could get it here. I just figured it was perscription.

yes. humulin r is otc. pretty much any pharm or drug store will sell it to you no questions asked. i tell them its for my girlfriend if they ask
