Clomid intake....

I just finished my Deca in week 9, and I have one cc left of test (250 mg) to take in week 10. I am going to start Clomid three weeks from my last Deca shot, and wanted to know if I should take the 300 mg all at once on the first day I start post-cycle treatment or take them in divided doses throughout the day.
