A good colon detox program clears the intestines and massively increases digestive and assimilative ability, allowing both the liver and the lymphatic system to drain properly during detoxification. Numerous conditions deemed "incurable" have improved significantly and often disappeared altogether by cleaning the Colon, and changing the diet, thus addressing the root causes. Moreover, most of the 'normal' discomforts we take for granted (back ache, depression, Body Odour, Excema, indigestion, irritability, infections, insomnia, etc.) are connected to a toxic bowel, and are actually reversible through a Colonic detox program.
The Colon (large intestine) is the last stage in the digestive system. It is designed to absorb many vitamins and minerals, carried through the intestinal lining on water particles, drawn from the foods being digested. The Colon is also the body's primary eliminatory channel for toxins and metabolic waste.
So I guess I can see how a good cleaning would do some good, but there is some discomfort and pain that comes w/ most of the really successful detox programs.
Some of the pro's from it:
· Removes Excess Waste from Your Body
· Boost Immune System by Removing Disease-Causing Toxins
· Cure Bowel Problems like Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea
· Treat Irritable or Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome
· Cleanse Your Entire Body's Digestive System
Here are some symptoms of possibly having a clogged colon. I said possibly, so don't everyone run out and starting getting your asses flushed out...LOL A lot of these are commons symptoms that can occur with other minor or major disfuctions in your body.
If you are experiencing flatulence, stomach bloat, lower backache, bad breath, stiff joints, mood swings, skin problems, abdominal discomfort, restless sleep, excessive mucous, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue depression or cloudy urine, you may need to have your colon cleansed. These are signs of an impacted colon.
