I had ordered some products through there company for research and there happened to be an unforseen incident with availability and shipping delays and some other things. Because of this incident, and not wanting to lose a customer, I was presented with an offer that completely restored my faith in this company. It was a unique circumstance which never should have happened but problems do arise. Researchkits went above and beyond to make me happy. These guys really know how to take care of the customer and should be your #1 choice when looking for research products.

I had a package that was damaged during shipment - and it certainly was not because of the way it was packaged. Even though they didn't have to, they replaced the ENTIRE kit, not just the broken peices......KICK ASS service

I've been telling you guys this since Chem first started making kits.

I noticed from the start, that he is one hell of a good guy that will take care of you both at the start and or if a problem should arrise
