? about injection

Ok guys i have always injected into my glute but have wanted to try thigh.Lets here what you guys think that have tried both.
 
quads are the easiest if you ask me. I hate glutes because I hate standing up and I can't twist around right to make sure I poke straight ahead. Delts and bi's are pretty easy too.
 
quads are the easiet by far. sit on the floor or on your bed when you do the injection, so your leg is straightened out.put your middle finger at the top of your knee cap and extend your thumb up your thigh so your hand is fully strecthed out.. that is the general area you want to inject to.i like to keep the syringe parralell to the floor, and remeber to inject reaall slow.now go have fun poking holes in yourself
 
i know a uy that got cocky the other day darting himself and went for the chalves.. they still hurt...
 
used to do glutes now save them for gear that really hurts me... love quads and delts and triceps.... thats enough spots for me to inject EOD and not hit the same spot more than once a week... and if I am going to get some temporary swelling I would rather it be in my quads/delts/triceps and not my ass ;)

amen to that... there is nothing worse than not being able to sit down
 
I can't reach my freakin' glutes, and I'm sure as hell not going to ask my best bro to help me out......I think these deadlifts are giving me a little too much junk in the trunk
 
I think if you guys are having trouble sitting when you inject in your glutes, you're going down way too low.
 
The only thing I'd add is to make sure your lateralis is as relaxed as possible. Otherwise, you might experience a funky electrical twitchy feeling if the pin nicks a nerve...no pain, just a weird sensation when the muscle starts jumping around a buried needle. lol

Bro I do calves all the time. I even shove a winny/prop/fina combo in them without incident but quads give me trouble. Glutes are completly painless no matter what I use and delts are pretty forgiving except for one bad incident with a colorful briuse.

Yup.. it's fun the first time that happens and you're not ready for it.

let me ask you guys this i am on deca 400mg a wk and test enth 500 mg a wk.i take 1 shot of deca and test on monday and the other on friday. that is 3 days in between 1 shot and 4 days on the other is this ok.would it be better to do every 3 days or maybe every 4
 
you could do it at 7pm on monday, and 7am on friday. That'd be exactly 3.5 days.
 
Well i tried thigh inj tonight i did'nt feal a thing when doing it.Shit but after it started to get tight and it is sore as hell already LOL.I never get sore from glute inj so maybe it will get better because it is a hell of alot easier.Thanks for the help guys
