CKD didnt work for MAD so here is the new FATloss Plan

i tried keto for 2-3 weeks didnt do shit for me no fatloss.
so here is the new diet.
bigpump help me set it up


i will be eating these following food spread over 5-7meals

chicken breast, steak, protien shakes.
brown rice, oatmeal, veggies, sweet potatoes.

cardio twice a day 30min/session.
 
the CKD didn't do anything for me bro. Your new diet is exactly what I'm on right now. Working great. throw in tuna, whole wheat toast, peanut butter in your oatmeal, beans with the brown rice and you'll be good to go.
 
Yes you can throw some peanut butter in there,
makes sure its natural peanut butter not some jiff shit. And maybe get some flax seed oil. Take it with protein shake mid afternoon cople times a week, so your body has essential fats in it, it will help speed youre metabolism more.

me very careful with that plan.. you need to watch the amount to cardo you do becasue it can cause you to lose alot of muscle... IMHO muscle is hard to put on and fat is easy to take off.. but there's a happy medain of the two... i think it's harder to put muscle on the drop BF so drop your BF slowly or you'll loose a ton of muscle
 
I'm currently doing a high protein/low carb/low fat diet spread out over 9 meals (8 when I sleep through the night) w/ 1hr of cardio twice a day. Grams work out to around 600/150/150. The cardio though is strictly walking - I don't ever go past a fat burning pace as tempted as I am at times to crank it up a little (fat burning meaning a 6% incline at around 2.8 - 3.3 mph). I have finished 7 weeks and I am hoping to go out 12 (although I am becoming fatigued). So far I am down 23 pounds. I have been taking an ECA stack since the beginning and around wk 4 I began alternating 2 on/2 off with Clen (120mcg/day). Water is the only liquid I drink and only 150g of the protein is from IsoPure (3 shakes out of the 9 meals). The rest is from chix breast, super lean cab eye steak, tuna and egg whites. Only carbs are 16 oz. of potato and 2-3 cups of broccoli each day. I'll let you know what the final results are, but I already am pretty happy as I have not seen 239 since I was in my early 20's (I'm 34 now).

i kinda dis agree on that the diet you are talking bout is keto, high fat, high pro, low carb. i doesnt work form many and also does work for many.

for me i am seeing more results with 150-200 carbs per day cardio in the am and after work out.
