You should alternate vaseline two weeks on, with astroglide. If you run out try hair conditioner. IP makes a great conditioner that smells great

I would taper off at the end of the cycle. It might be to hard on your system to just stop cold turkey.

def. taper and to help you recover you should get a betty blow up and take at 100 times the first day 50 the next and then 25 for the next 3 weeks
