mixing winny and prop in shot

i was reading the other threds on spot inject and it said you can mix prop and winny in same shot can i do that and if so how just shake very well info please i dont want to take a shot a day for 8 weeks thanks but i will if i have to lol

Just mix and shoot. Winnie is water based and prop is oil so it will look like salad dressing and will separate if you let it stand but you can still shoot the two together.

Is there any point in shaking and trying to mix it up?

I do but just because it makes intuative sense to disperse the mixture so the absorbtion is more even. I'm not sure it's necessary.

Makes no diff. You can shoot them together and you dont have to shake it.

I had always heard you were not suppose to mix water based and oil based roids in the same shot, anyone?
