Ok guys i have a friend who thinks he has to try A/S.I have tried to talk him out of it until he gets older but no luck.So i thought i would ask and see what would be best for a 17 yr old.If i can't talk him out of it maybe i can lead him in the right direction.He plays baseball and weights 150lb he wants to add some weight .He eats like a mofo but just can't gain he works out 3 days a wk but baseball starting up that will be all he can fit in.He don't need to add alot muscle because he pitch's and catch's.So what do you guys think would be best
